Subscriptions

Is there a minimum period for subscriptions?

No - customers can pause or cancel deliveries as necessary. 

How do subscriptions work?

Payments for subscriptions are made on the 3rd of the month. If you want to add any extra gifts please ensure these are purchased on or before the 3rd to be added to your next delivery. Discount code: ADDTOBOX can be used to avoid additional postage costs.

I don't want to commit to a monthly subscription, can I buy a one-off gift?

Any unsold monthly boxes will be listed as one-off gift boxes after all monthly subscribers have received their boxes.

When will my child receive their certificate and badge?

Certificates and badges for regular subscribers will be added to your 3, 6, 9 and 12 monthly subscription boxes. If you have paused your subscription, your count will continue from your last box e.g. if you have purchased 2 consecutive monthly boxes, but paused the third - you will receive your 3rd month reward when you resume your subscription.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be modified. If you have changed your mind and want to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

Postage and Delivery

Where do you post to?

Currently, I post only to the UK and Northern Ireland. I hope to add more shipping options in the future.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Monthly subscription boxes are prepared for postage and sent out within 3-5 days of the 3rd of the month. First monthly boxes are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, subsequent monthly boxes are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. 

Returns and Exchanges

If there is a problem with your order upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.

Why am I not getting an immediate response?

I am a one-woman band also working full time during term time and a mum (all the time)! I will do my utmost to get back to you within 48 hours and resolve any queries or issues efficiently.
